Getting Started
To book your first appointment with me, please use the contact form below, adding some information about the area(s) you’d like help with.
I will then send you availability for an informal chat to see if I’m the right therapist for you. If we decide to work together, we can get your first appointment booked in, and I will send you a contract to read over before we start.
I offer both short and long term therapy, online or in person.
